How do I care for your products?

We recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent. Do not bleach or tumble try your garments. Air dry in the shade to maintain the quality and longevity of your items. Detailed care instructions, including those for home wear are included with each product.

Where are your products made?

All our items are thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in Portugal, refl ecting the country's rich tradition of textile artistry and craftsmanship.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we ship to Portugal (including Madeira and the Azores), Europe (EU only), United Kingdom,Switzerland, Russia, the USA and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location. Shipping costs will be provided at checkout once you enter your address.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for Portugal and Spain on orders over 200 euros.

How long does it take to dispatch an order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 working days after they are placed. We ship Monday to Friday with no shipments on weekends or Portuguese public holidays.

Which courier do you use for shipping?

We ship all orders via CTT, Portugal's offi cial postal service. Your orders are fully trackable, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your package is dispatched.

Payment methods

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay. Orders within Portugal can also be paid via MBway.

How do I choose the right size?

At Menina Living, comfort is at the heart of our designs. Our pieces are crafted with comfortable and loose fit, especially our dresses and smocks, to ensure ease and relaxed elegance.

We provide a fitting guide on each product page to help you find the perfect fit for every item.

If you’re undecided between two sizes, we recommend sizing down for the best fit.

Do you offer custom or personalised orders?

We don’t currently provide custom or personalised orders, but it’s something we’re exploring for the future—stay tuned!

Can I gift-wrap my order?

While we don’t offer gift wrapping, we can include a gift card with your order for a personalised message. At checkout, you’ll have the option to let us know if you’d like to add a gift card.
